We are looking for an Expert Sales Manager who understands the power of these assets and can translate our technical superiority into market dominance. The Role You are not just selling a product; you are bringing advanced scientific solutions to the market. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will leverage our state-of-the-art infrastructure—including intelligent automated fermentation systems and vacuum freeze-drying technology—to secure large-scale contracts in the agriculture, animal feed, and fertilizer sectors. You will act as the bridge between our $7M R&D Center and our key clients, ensuring that our technical innovations solve real-world problems for our customers. Key Responsibilities Strategic Market Penetration: Develop and execute a sales strategy to introduce our 16 patented strains and fermentation solutions to new markets (specifically targeting large-scale agricultural and feed producers). Technical Consultative Sales: Utilize your understanding of biotechnology to explain the advantages of our -86°C strain preservation and multi-effect evaporation systems to technical buyers and procurement leads. High-Value Deal Closing: Lead negotiations for bulk supply contracts, leveraging our massive production capacity (35,000 sqm building area) to guarantee supply stability for major clients. Product positioning: Work with our R&D team to package our "functional strains" into commercially viable solutions for local crops and soil conditions. Competitor Analysis: Monitor the local biotechnology landscape and identify gaps where Shandong Dayi’s advanced technology (e.g., large-scale solid fermentation) provides a clear winning advantage. Who You Are Industry Expert: 5+ years of B2B sales experience in Biotechnology, Agriculture, Fertilizers, or Animal Feed additives. Technical Aptitude: You don't need to be a scientist, but you must be comfortable discussing microbial strains, fermentation processes, and freeze-drying technologies with confidence. Networked: You have an existing book of contacts in the agricultural or industrial biotech sectors. Strategic Thinker: You know how to sell "Value" over "Price."
