Role Overview We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for bringing our plant nutrition solutions to life through compelling visual storytelling. From designing technical product labels that meet regulatory standards to creating vibrant marketing campaigns that resonate with growers and agricultural experts, your work will be the face of our brand in the field. Key Responsibilities Product Packaging: Design and iterate on labels and packaging for our specialized crop nutrition products, ensuring clarity, brand consistency, and compliance. Marketing Collateral: Create digital and print assets, including brochures, technical data sheets, trade show banners, and social media graphics. Brand Evolution: Maintain and evolve our visual identity across all platforms to ensure we stand out in the competitive manufacturing and agricultural space. Visualizing Science: Translate complex agricultural data and "before-and-after" crop results into easy-to-understand infographics and visual aids. Collaboration: Work closely with the R&D and Sales teams to ensure product benefits are communicated accurately and effectively. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 3+ years of professional graphic design experience (experience in manufacturing, chemicals, or the agricultural sector is a significant plus). Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for typography, color theory, and layout, with a focus on precision (especially for product labeling). Adaptability: Ability to switch between high-level brand creative and technical, data-driven design tasks. Portfolio: A strong portfolio demonstrating diverse design skills and an ability to handle complex branding projects.
