We are seeking a strategic Senior UX Designer to lead the end-to-end design of our core digital products. You will translate complex user needs into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes while championing accessibility. Collaborating closely with product and engineering teams, you will ensure designs are feasible, scalable, and visually consistent. You will also conduct user research and usability testing to validate concepts and drive data-informed iterations. Requirements: 5+ years of professional experience with a strong portfolio showcasing shipped web and mobile applications. Expert proficiency in Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD, with experience building and maintaining design systems. Deep understanding of Information Architecture, Interaction Design, and WCAG accessibility standards. Proven ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders and mentor junior design team members. Bachelor’s degree in HCI, Design, or equivalent experience; HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
