The Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan, is accepting applications for the Omani Scholarship Program for Cultural and Scientific Cooperation, offered by the Government of the Sultanate of Oman. This fully funded scholarship offers 2 undergraduate seats to outstanding Pakistani/AJK students. Only for Undergraduates. 1. Eligibility Criteria a. Pakistani/AJK national, not currently residing in Oman b. Completed HSSC (or equivalent General Education Diploma) in 2025–2026 c. Minimum 75% marks in the qualifying exam d. Age limit: 21 years at time of application e. Medically fit (physically and sensorially healthy) f. Valid USAT score required (test taken between 13 June 2025 and 13 June 2026) — no separate test will be conducted g. Certificates/transcripts must be apostilled by MOFA Pakistan (required only for nominated candidates) Note: HEC reserves the right to modify criteria. Final admission and scholarship decisions rest solely with Omani authorities; HEC bears no financial liability. 2. How to Apply a. Register at scholarship.hec.gov.pk b. Go to Dashboard → Learning Opportunities Abroad (LOA) c. Select "Omani Scholarship Program for Undergraduate Studies 2026–27" d. Submit the online application and print a signed copy (do not send hard copies yet — only nominated candidates will be asked for documents) e. Use accurate, active contact details, as incomplete/incorrect info may lead to disqualification Only submitted applications are considered — saved/draft applications will not be reviewed. 3. Deadline: 13 July 2026 4. Scholarship Benefits a. Fully funded undergraduate education b. Monthly stipend: OMR 200 (without accommodation) or OMR 140 (with accommodation) c.
