OVERVIEW Organized by the Association of Global Universities in collaboration with the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and Rossotrudnichestvo, this scholarship offers an incredible chance to study at top Russian universities across undergraduate, master's, and doctoral levels. 2. IMPORTANT DATES a. 20 August 2026 — Registration Opens b. 20 August to 1 November 2026 — Registration and Portfolio Submission c. 1 November 2026 — Portfolio Submission Deadline d. 2 to 12 November 2026 — Stage 1: Portfolio Evaluation e. 13 November 2026 — Stage 1 Results Announced f. 13 to 16 November 2026 — Registration for Stage 2 g. 17 to 30 November 2026 — Stage 2: Online Examination for Bachelor's, Master's and Doctoral tracks h. December 2026 to January 2027 — Stage 3: Online Interviews for Doctoral and Postdoctoral tracks 3. ELIGIBILITY a. For Bachelor's track: ages 16 to 23, no prior Bachelor's or higher degree, completing or have completed secondary education. b. For Master's track: ages 20 to 33, no prior Master's or Specialist's degree, completing or have completed a Bachelor's degree. c. For Doctoral track: ages 22 to 35, no prior Doctoral degree, completing or have completed a Specialist's or Master's degree. d. For Postdoctoral track: a PhD or Doctor of Science degree is required. Open to foreign citizens and stateless persons from any country. 4. SCHOLARSHIP BENEFITS a. Full tuition fee waiver for the entire duration of the degree program. b. Winners are granted free early admission to any Russian university without entrance examinations, with tuition fees covered, as well as a monthly stipend provided by the Russian Federation. c. No application fee at any stage. d. There are no English or Russian language proficiency test requirements, however providing such a document will boost your profile. e. Students can also work in Russia without restriction and will receive a Residence Permit. f. You can work either remotely or offline and no work permit is required. Most universities provide assistance with job placements and some even offer vacancies on campus. 5. APPLICATION STAGES For Bachelor's and Master's tracks there are two stages: a portfolio competition followed by online tasks. For the Doctoral track there are three stages: portfolio competition, online tasks, and then an interview with potential research supervisors. The Postdoctoral track also has three stages. 6.
